5. It is well worth the investment to get a special pregnancy body pillow. When I got mine, I felt the difference right away.

Id like to share some tips of my experience during my pregnancy.

1. they say a pregnant woman should eat 2x of the food because they baby will also share the food. for me, its a no. dont eat a lot. just eat moderately and in a healthy way. of course eat a nutritious and delicious food too.

2. do exercise. take a walk like 30 minutes a day in the morning.

3. dont sleep too much. avoid having a beri-beri.

4. roam around, enjoy being pregnant.

5. dont wear tight fitting clothes. wear a maternity clothes but with style.

6. beautify yourself. go to a beauty saloon to get your hair, and your nails done.

7. dont carry heavy things of course.

8. drink milk. when i was pregnant, i usually drink 2 to 3 glasses of milk a day.

9. do your dancing moves! yes, i still dance and get into the groove even if im already on my 8 months.but not too movable enough.

10. and lastly, talk to your baby on your womb inside. i know they are listening to you.

Just be yourself and always have a positive attitude during your pregnancy.
